Compare a consistent 30-tsubo model

Thirty tsubo is not the Japanese average; it is a compact hypothetical model used to compare every prefecture under the same conditions. In the FY2025 Flat 35 survey, the national median lot area was about 62 tsubo (206.1 m²) and the average floor area was about 33 tsubo (110.3 m²). This model is separate from the borrower results above and does not determine whether a 30-tsubo building can be built on an individual lot.

This model provisionally adds 10% of construction cost for ancillary costs and is not a quotation.
