The table below is a planning model using 30 tsubo of land and 30 tsubo of floor area, ordered from the highest modeled total. Published transaction counts use each municipality's latest year, generally 2025. It is separate from the prefecture-level borrower results above.

Land uses each municipality's latest published transaction median. Building cost uses the prefecture benchmark converted to a per-tsubo planning rate; ancillary costs are provisionally 10% of modeled construction cost.
